The Ministry of Education, Govt. of India has entrusted the Responsibility of Conducting the CTET (CENTRAL TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST) to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.

CTET December 2024, 01 दिसंबर 2024 के बजाय 15 दिसंबर 2024 को निर्धारित हुई लेकिन अब विभिन्न उम्मेदवारों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार कई अन्य राज्यों में 15 दिसंबर 2024 को कोई अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं आयोजित होने वाली है इसलिए उम्मेदवारों के हित को ध्यान रखते हुए अब CTET  December 2024, परीक्षा "14 December 2024" को आयोजित की जाएगी। और यदि किसी शहर में उम्मदवारो की संख्या अधिक पाई गई तो 15 दिसंबर 2024 को भी CTET परीक्षा आयोजित की जा सकती है।

ELIGIBILITY :-

MODE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION :-

A Candidate can apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test Online by Logging on official website only.

CTET 2024 EXAM PAPER PATTERN :-

All questions in CTET will be Multible Choice Questions(MCQs) with four alternatives out of which one answer will be most appropriate. Each Carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking.

There will be two Papers of CTET.

(1) – Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

(2) – Paper II will be for a Person who intends to be a teacher for Classes VI to VIII.

A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (Classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the Papers (Paper I and Paper II)

LANGUAGE OF THE QUESTION PAPER :-

Main question paper shall be Bilingual (Hindi/English)

Qualifying Marks and Award of CTET Certificate :-

As per NCTE Notification A person who scores 60% or more in the TET exam will be considered as TET Pass.

NOTE – School Managements (Government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) may consider giving concession to person belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc in accordance with their extant reservation policy.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF CTET CERTIFICATE :-

The Validity Period of CTET Qualifying Certificate for appointment will be for life time for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
